MPH Parents’ Association
How can you help shape your child’s education?
Every child’s education is the larger community’s responsibility. At MPH, parents take that responsibility especially seriously—while having fun sharing their time and talent, and creating lasting friendships. Our Parents’ Association provides an essential support system for MPH students, teachers, and staff through meaningful parent engagement. Our group is inclusive, and all MPH parents are automatically considered members of the Parents’ Association.
Our mission is to engage, inspire and energize MPH parents to build and maintain a strong sense of community and to actively support the School’s overall goals and mission through participation, idea sharing and positive communication with each other and administration.
Parents’ Association Meetings:
Meetings are held regularly during the school year and typically include introductions, updates about upcoming events, a Treasurer’s report, and an educational opportunity, often an MPH administrator or faculty member. Meeting dates are announced ahead of time in The Week Ahead.
There are a variety of ways parents can engage with the life of the School. Parents can access Signup Genius to view the current needs for volunteers. Click on the icon below to see what volunreer opportunities are available now! This gets updated regularly, so check back often!
There are also opportunities for parents to share their talents and knowledge with our students, faculty, and administration. If you are interested in contributing professional services or expertise, please let us know by completing the survey below:
Finally, there are several special interest groups at MPH that are always in need of help. To express interest in specialized volunteer opportunities, please complete the survey below and the chair or manager will reach out with more information.
