MPH Skier Makes State Team

For the second year in a row, MPH junior Andrew Andrew Bennicasa has made the New York State Alpine Ski Team.  This honor comes after the Section III Alpine Ski Championships at McCauley Mountain in Old Forge earlier this week, where Andrew took fifth place for the boys team. The top six move on to compete in the New York State Public High School Athletic Association Championships later this month.

Unfortunately, and in true MPH form, while Andrew earned his spot on the team, his priority this month is his role on the MPH Model United Nations team. Instead of racing at States, he will be helping his MUN team in Mexico City, as they compete for another international title.

Congratulations to Andrew on his skiing victory and best of luck in Mexico City!
