Working collaboratively with the Leadership Team, the Operations Team manages the systems, resources, and infrastructure that support the daily life of the school. From facilities and safety to finance, technology, and campus operations, this team ensures that MPH remains a safe, welcoming, and well-run environment for students and employees alike. Their behind-the-scenes work is essential to the school’s success, enabling teaching and learning to thrive and helping bring the MPH mission to life every day.

MPH Board of Trustees 25/26

The Manlius Pebble Hill School Board of Trustees serves as the governing body of the School, guiding its long-term vision and ensuring that MPH remains strong, sustainable, and true to its mission of inspiring students to think critically, act responsibly, and lead compassionately.

Working in close partnership with the Head of School, the Trustees provide strategic oversight, financial stewardship, and mission-driven leadership. Their work centers on shaping the School’s future—approving the annual operating budget and tuition, safeguarding financial sustainability, and supporting initiatives that enhance the student experience and the vitality of the MPH community.
