I understand that participation in this activity is voluntary.  I also understand that there are some risks involved which are inherent to participation in these activities and field trips, including traveling to and from the location, and I am willing to accept those risks.  In addition, I will not hold MPH accountable for the acts of third parties included not limited to common-carriers, places of accommodation or vendors.
