Thinking About Applying?

Manlius Pebble Hill’s admissions cycle typically begins one year prior to a student’s expected start date. While our primary entry points are Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, Grade 6, and Grade 9, we welcome applications for all grade levels as space allows.

Our Admissions team is here to guide you every step of the way—from your first inquiry through enrollment.

“What stood out most was how much MPH focused on our child—not just the application. It felt like a school that truly sees students.”

How to Apply

Complete the online application through our Enrollment Management portal. This is where you’ll track your progress and upload required materials.

Upload the following academic records directly to your checklist in the portal:

  • Current school year report cards (all available grading periods)
  • Final report card from the previous academic year
  • Optional: standardized testing, learning plans (IEP/504), or other relevant academic documentation

Submit recommendation requests through the portal for the following:

  • A current Math teacher
  • A current English teacher
  • An optional third recommender (teacher, counselor, coach, or school leader)

Recommendations should come from educators who know your child well academically and personally.

All submissions are completed confidentially through our application poral and are automatically added to your checklist when received.

To better understand each applicant and family, we require:

  • A Parent Questionnaire for all applicants (PK–K)
  • A Student Questionnaire for students applying to Grades 6–12
  • A parent conversation, which may take place as part of a campus tour or scheduled interview

Family conversations can be completed on campus or virtually, depending on your preference.

A student visit is a required part of the application process and includes:

  • Campus visit or shadow day: Applicants are paired with a class or student host to experience MPH firsthand
  • Assessment:
    • PK–K: Play-based readiness and developmental screening
    • Grades 1–12: Brief academic assessment aligned with grade-level expectations

Visits are scheduled by the Admissions team after initial application materials are submitted and can be coordinated around your availability.

Tuition Assistance & Scholarships

We are committed to making an MPH education accessible to families from a wide range of backgrounds.

MPH offers tuition assistance and scholarship opportunities based on a combination of financial need and student merit. Many families are surprised to learn they may qualify.

How It Works

  • Apply through Clarity: Families seeking tuition assistance should complete an application through the Clarity platform
  • Reviewed in parallel: Admission and tuition assistance applications are reviewed at the same time, allowing us to provide a comprehensive enrollment decision and tuition award together
  • Need-based assistance determined through Clarity
  • Awards typically reflect both need and merit-based consideration based on a student’s academic performance and potential

Important to Know

  • Tuition assistance is available for grade levels 1 – 12
  • MPH does not offer sibling discounts, but many families receive support through this process
  • PK and K students may be eligible for an award if they have older siblings currently attending MPH
  • Flexible payment plans are available through FACTS for all families, regardless of tuition assistance

When to Apply

We strongly encourage families to submit their tuition assistance application at the same time as their admissions application to ensure full consideration and timely decisions.
